Dreamweaver - Where is the Timelines Panel in DreamweaverMX 2004?

Where is the Timelines Panel in DreamweaverMX 2004?

Hi,

I am going to use the Timelines in Dreamweaver, but I cannot find the
timelines panel in the MX 2004 version. I have checked the Macromedia
website and it said it is under Window > Others > Timelines Panel, but my
Dreamweaver MX 2004 does not have the Others in Window. Does anybody knows
why?
