IE links not working after D/W MX install

Hi
Help would be greatly appreciated. I have this problem on each XP machine I
install Dreamweaver MX on.

After installing dreamweaver if I go to a web site which has a link to another
page which opens in a new window, the page which is open is blank, I have tried
changing the IE settings with no luck, the only way I have found to fix this is
to stick the XP disk back in and do a repair which takes about an hour. Does
anyone know a quicker fix for this or any ideas what to try. Also after
installing MX I cannot drag and drop, I have a reg fix for this now, but theese
are annoying little problems.
