Author Problem with layers

This is an old problem that has been asked many times, pardon me if I ask yet
again. A site I created has a layer in it. The layer looks all misaligned when
a browser is resized. Is there any way to make a layer immobile upon resizing a
browser, or at least work like a table.

Hi Version,

The funny thing is that the layer is immobile - it's the rest of the page
that moves when you resize. You can anchor the layer to an image in the
table so it will move with the table with http://projectseven.com 's
SnapLayers free extension.

Aloha,

Jerry
