Repeat Region Form Results with Querystring

I have a multipage form that comes to a page where the user inputs data based
on a list of criteria, previously selected. I have created a table with a
region and a textbox to allow the user to input the modifier. The
characteristic table grows based on number of characteristics to input. When
you post the page, it uses querystrings to create the part description.
example:

http://webpage.asp?noun=abrasive&mo...ething&characte
ristic=somethingelse

When you post the page how can I break apart the characteristic querystrings
to display them back where they were inputted.
