I would like to print out my site but It will not fit onto the page and alot
of the graphics do not show up. How is the proper way print out a web site?
I only need to do it one or twice so I hope it doesn't take alot of
recoding.....

Do you have a link?

If the printer is cutting off part of your page, then the page is to wide.
Standard printers only recoginize approx. 650px of the page width. (In
portrait mode) You could switch to landscape mode to printer a wider page.

that is what I was afraid of....

The site is designed for 1024x768. (People say you should do 800x600 but I
see most using 1024x768 nowadays)

I wish there is a way you could "scale to fit".

I will have the page posted tomorrow, I need to print it out so one of guys
here in the office can check it and make sure some of the info he wants is
in the site, he want to be able to 'red-line' it so he can point out
changes.

People say this and that when the day is long. You should design for
_all_ resolutions, this means as flexible as possible.

HTML scales by default.

Tried a printer-friendly stylesheet?

Or make a screenshot ...
