Hi, sorry for this basic question but how can all the text in a div be made to
appear in italics? I only see "underline," "strikethrough," etc., in the code
hints while creating the #divname in an external css ...

many thanks

Hi There,

Use this:

..divname {
font-style:italic
}

and add in any other declarations you would like to this.

HTH,

The CSS for italic is:

#divname { font-style: italic; }
