It may well be your machine (or more accurately, the OS). In the Site
Definition, set up the Testing URL as:

http://127.0.0.1/~username/sitename/

This is certainly an issue when using Dreamweaver MX 2004 and PHP/MySQL on
Mac OS 10.3. I am told by a Macromedia QA engineer that it will be addressed
in the long-awaited updater.
