Dreamweaver - Need help with layers

Hello,

for my school project i am creating an website using dreamweaver.

I use frame in the website and want to set the layers to 100%

Code: <div id="nav" style="position:absolute; width:150px; z-index:1; left:
600px; top: 0px; height: 100%;" class="trans2">

The problem I keep having is that the layer is 100%, except when i scroll
down, it doesn't resize to the window (like tables)

Is there a way to sold this problem?
