How do I put a logo in the address bar before the url address as it appear on this page with the macromedia logo?

Check the web site http://www.favicon.com/

Anyhow, you don't have to use the favicon company to create the favicon
icon. There is some plug-in for the Photoshop, and there are some other
programs, you can download from the internet for free, which will create it
for you.
