Author Passing Parameter to a form

I am looking to allow input to a form(by way of a variable), and then pass the
data input to the variable on to the form.

For instance I would think it might look something like this:

where (whatever the syntax should be) &keyword would be read as the data
entered in the input field rather than the word "keyword".

It seems like it shouldn't be that tough?

I want to add an additional string to the value of keyword in the first line
and then have it read by the second line.

<tr><input type = "text" name="keyword" size="25"
<td><input type="hidden" name=&keyword

It isn't that tough. Guessing whether you want it in ASP, PHP, JSP, CF,
or PERL is the hard part. ;-)
