Author Flash Movie and Popup Menu Problem

Ok... I'm new to web design but I'm learning so bear with me. I'm running DWMX
2004 and I've created a pop-up menu for nav at the top. In the table below
that I have a small ad flash movie. When I mouseover the button for the
pop-up, the drop-down menu goes behind and is covered up by the flash movie. I
know how bad the pop-up menus are so I ran the tutorial from P7 and it still
does it. Take a look at www.mtv.com to see the kind of drop-down menu I am
going for. Image that the drop-down menu goes behind the flash movies they
have. Any help would be great.

It's not a reliable fix, though.

Not in all browsers, however.
