For(some reason the answers panel cant see my internet connection when
looking for Extentions. I caj click on Update in the Settings and it updates
the date, but even the Technotes section returns nothing when I try a
search. I do have a live internet connection, so what could be causing it to
fail? It used to work fine.

If you close the Answers Panel- MX is a bit quicker to open and run as far
as i can tell.

I liked the convience of this panel too, when it was working. If the car
companies can notify owners about various recalls I think Macromedia should do
somethng similar. (I was having alot of trouble getiing Flash to "goto" a named
scene, THEN I found a technote by acccident that said Macromedia new all about
the problem. When you're just learning things it takes alot longer (ie. wastes
my time) because you don't know if you're making a mistake or there is a bug in
the software.) How frustrating is that? Maybe Macromedia could/should: a) email
registered users about bugs they are not actively trying to fix, b) put up a
dedicated forum for bugs in their software. I would appreciate this kind of
customer service for my money.
