Error 3 - MM_findObj.js

I usually get this error when opening any page:
Unable to open script file "MM_finObj.js". (error 3).
Everything seems to work OK; it's just an annoyance. Any idea what's
causing this and what a remedy might be?
Thanks

| Sounds like munged code. Can you show me the page?

It's every page that I open, even a new one.
