Author failure to connect to remote server

I am working on uploading a site through Dreamweaver on my Mac OS 10.2.8
computer. I can't seem to connect to the remote server, though I've been able
to connect and upload fine in Fetch. I have tried passive firewall and
disabling my firewall, but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
