Try Thunderbird. The thread is still properly connected even with the
change in the message header.

Remember that templates and regions have no effect on layout per se. This
means that if the underlying structure of a page is not stable, then an
Editable Region will not hold things together.

What you have is a single cell table containing two contiguous tables. You
can fix the problem by making that a two cell table with each nested table
in a separate cell. So -

convert this table - <table width="619"> - from 1 row by 1 column to 1 row
by 2 columns, and move the rightmost table into the rightmost cell.
