Ok here is what I want to do. I want to create a Fax/Mail form that people fill
in the info Online. At the bottom the hit submit and it loads another page with
the info they inputed and has a print option.

1st. Question? When the user hits the submit button is there anyway I can have
that info go to a database so I can see who and when it was used? Reason is so
I can see how many people actually use the form and then send it in.

2nd. On the print page, would be best that it then opens that in PDF format or
should it just open another html page and print that.

3rd. Any tutorials on this at all?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Paul:

Your best option would be to pick up a book on .asp, asp.NET or .php. This
will help you out a lot. These program languages will allow you to insert
data from a form into a DB (as long as the host is setup to).

After figuring that out, you should have no problem creating a page to show
the same information. I would just make an HTML page.
