Are you using Dreamweaver to edit the page?

Do you have a "Defined Site" ?

Are these files in the "Local Site Folder" for this defined site?

If yes-
open the html page in dw.
click on the .swf file.
In the properties inspector, click the folder icon nest to the SRC to
re-browse to the .swf file again.
Make sure the pulldown at bottom of the browse to file dialog box is set to
Relative To Document.
Save the file.
(save it to within the Local Site folder. DON'T do a "save as" to some
other location on your computer)
