| hello i have created a title bar for my webpage in fireworks and have exported
it into my document, when i havebeen trying to apply the same colour to other
parts of the site it is coming up in different shades even though i use the
dropper to get the origianl colour any ideas?

| make sure your display is set to 32bit colour. this will help though
even then you won't get a perfect match when viewed side-by-side. try
using a small colour tile as a background instead of a background
colour, or using transparent gifs.

| Also make sure that you are NOT using Snap to Websafe options on the Color
panel (click on the dark arrow in the upper right corner of the panel to get
these options).
