Dear all

I am at the testing phase of a website and I have out it live under a dummy
domain for now.  Whats happening is that if the user does not have flash player
they are prompted to download once the enter the site.  When the user accepts
the download its making the page hang.  By the page hanging the latest news
(javascript) scroller is not moving

Can anyone give me any idea to why this is happening?

 Many thank

I get a 404 error on the page. I would check that the link to the flah file
works from the server and the file is also loaed to the server.

Hi ya

Thanks for your reply

I have checked that the flash file is loaded on the server. Its shows up fine
all the time if the user already has flash player installed. If they don't
then its not letting them download it without the page hanging. Really not
sures whats wrong and what the error means. What else would you suggest I try?

thank for your help
