Asadministratorofthesite,youhavetouseastandardprocedure.Before
making*any*changesyoumustalwaysdown-synchthesite.Ibelievethat
thiswillavoidtheproblem.

So-theprocedureisthis-

It'satediousprocess,butyoumustbe
systematic-

*havetheclientup-synchallfiles
*down-synchyourlocalsite
*maketemplatechangesandletthempropagate
*up-synch
*notifyclientthatit'ssafetoworkonthesiteagain
