Dreamweaver - 'Onmouseover' Menus

I can create menus when hard coding javascript that allow me to create a
horizontal menu/navigation bar, and when I over over one of the menu items a
new menu appears underneath it, some of which have an > at the side allowing
drill through to other menus

Is there any way to create anything similar using dreamweaver
