In Dreamweaver 3 or 4, how can I create my Website with a screen resolution of
800x600
Is there an option for me, so I can make this setting in the editor already.
My Website is so messed up in 800x600 and I do not know how to change it
Thanks for your help

I can't remember how to set this in DW 3 or 4. But one method I use for designing at 800x600 is to design withing a table that is no wider than 780 pixels wide

Hi

It's not really a resolution problem it is a browser view port size
problem. Have a look at patty's tutorial to see how to design a site
that will look good in all view port sizes.

Actually, you should try to make it look OK in *any* browser window
(screen resolution has nothing to do with it) .
Look e.g. here:

However, if you like to have if fixed width (height hasn't anything to
do with it, either), put the content in a table or "layer" about 760-770
pixels (to make room for the scrollbar).

Can you show me an example of your website? Or can you describe with detail about what exactly is messed up?
