| Sure!
1. You can use PVII's LayoutDesigner2 extension to automatically position
your 'layers' with regard to the screen in which they are displayed, or
2. You can use PVII's SnapLayer extension to automatically position your
'layers' with regard to content that might be moving around on the screen as
it is resized, or
3. You can use CSS positioning methods to position your 'layers' within a
centering <div> wrapper.
Choice #3 is the most code conservative, but any of them work well.
