Joinatlanta.com For Sale

| Joinatlanta.com is an online job search facility that caters specifically to
the city of Atlanta. Job seekers can log on to Joinatlanta.com and apply for
jobs that employers have posted. In reverse the employers can log on and view
the resumes of all the candidates. Employers can post an unlimited amount of
jobs, which helps get positions in their companies filled more quickly
This company, domain name, subsidiary domain names and source code are all up
for sale. The site was built out of the up and coming Macromedia ColdFusion
Markup Language (CFML). Site contains four main elements
1. The Job Bank ? Where all the jobs are kept.
2. ?ResumeCentral? - For those who post their resumes
3. ?JobCentral? - The client company?s easy to use main interface for posting
jobs and searching the resume database
4. ?AdminCentral? ? The Administration side of the website
The site was built on the idea that a company shouldn?t be limited to paying a
high price for one job posting. The website doesn?t force a company to remove
the job after a certain amount of time. The company who posted a job should be
able to keep it open and available for all to see.
A company usually hires local candidates. With the major job banks the company
can be flooded with candidates who are hundreds or even thousands of miles
away. So this site is personalized for each city that new owner chooses.
The source code to be extremely versatile; with the change of a couple images
and some text, this site can easily be implemented into another city. Which
increases revenues with each new addition. The site does not bombard its users
with unnecessary information and ads which cause users to become frustrated and
leave
The potential to make more than the investment of the site is unlimited, plus
an opportunity to take over the current job market.
Package also includes the following

Macromedia has an announcements forum where this would be more appropriate
(if at all).

In the weekly Ziff-Davis newsletter I get, in addition to the usual stuff
about more security flaws found in Windows, they had an article about
domain squatting. The author's theory is that there isn't a whole lot of
money to be made doing it:
