Does anyone know if there is a way to create a customized cursor for use in a dreamweaver page? I've seen it used in flash sites.

What's with the obnoxious subject line?
You can use a different cursor via CSS:
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/ui.html

but you can't use a custom one, since thie cursor is part of the OS.
