swap image issue, jpeg (any size) loads blurred

I am having issues using the swap image behavior as a rollover. The jpeg, when
inserted as the swap image, has a slightly blurred resolution. However, when
the same jpeg is inserted onto the page without the behavior it is clean and
crisp. Also, the original image is the same size as the swap image

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? I have tried the largest file size
possible and still have the same sad results!
