Probably *not* what you are looking for:

Or

Thanks. I'm playing around with various combinations. The main problem seems
to be that if you want to ask verio a question, then it takes 2 days to get
an answer.

That depends on whether you are a customer. If you are, it might take 12
hours or more depending upon the urgency of the matter; If you are not a
customer, I imagine it might take a while longer, again depending upon the
question.

I'd recommend trying sales@verio.net for example.

I use Verio for two clients (who were already with them) and haven't had any
support problems. Of course I've learned that, as with all larger site
hosting companies, if you want a quick answer, CALL.

MD

P.S. If it's the outgoing SMTP server info you want, my clients use
mail.domain.com. I believe it's authenticated, so you need to make sure your
email program checks mail using the password and login first so you're
authenticated.

The guy I'm doing this for phoned up verio (UK) and was told if he wanted
support then he had to use the ticket system. Anyway, luckily enough,
someone contacted me offline and told me the name of the mail server.
Problem solved :)
