Hello everyone,
i am rather new to the Macromedia products and i feel a bit lost.
i am trying to create a page that shows a background picture if you come from
a specific page, and shows another background picture if you come in from
another page.
But i can't seem to manage to do that... so could please someone help me ?

thanx a lot
and Happy New Year everyone

Why not have two pages, each with their own background image?

cause the pages are exactel the same in every detail except the background
picture.
and as on that page i have to put a cam window and a java chat i am not sure i
can make 2 different pages that hold the same cam and chat.
(and also as most pages of the site are made for 2 visions but are exactely
the same i hoped there was a codding to prevent me to have to double the number
of pages of the site)

Then you need to use some custom javascript to determine which background
image to write to the page. Sorry - I don't have that....

suggestion-
go to http://hotscripts.com
do a search in the JavaScript section on background change and you might
find something.
