Take all your pages and save them as images.
This is the only way to make sure someone else sees what you see.

Op didn't say the site needed to be functional too. ;-)

What does screen resolution have to do with anything? ;o)

(BTW, max-width is an easy fix for that problem)

I think a centered 740px wide page would look very strange on that size no?

Well where I am everybody seems to have brand new laptops with massive
screens, they don't know how to change the parameters, I have seen my site
and it looks lost to say the least, I have also seen sites with fluid
layouts that look very silly too. It is impossible to design a website that
will look fine on all platforms. http://glish.com/css/7.asp is a good place
to start, but even that page gets clumsy when the user's resolution is set
to more than 1024x768. Have a look for yourself.

Cheers

Cant you just make sure it looks ok in 800 x 600 (putting it in a table about
that size minus the browser bits of course) then putting that table in another
table that 100%'s and vetically centering it. You site will always look the
same, the other guys will just get more border space around it.

It won't work in a page with a valid doctype.

It was a noble steed (Noble is his name). He is a lovely black

Just give your page objects a width in pixels. Of course, some folks might
have to scroll to view your pages.

Also, remember that there is no 'size' to the web page, so the sooner you
relinquish control to the end-user, the better off you'll be.
