okay now i need answers on creating a form from dreamweaver and being able to
send it thru email....i have tried to do this so many times but i just cannot
figure out what i am supposed to do...nebody got a good answer for me? thanx if
you do

http://www.scriptarchive.com/ will get you a PERL script that'll do it.

There are a lot of places where a form-email script can break down,
especially one that just calls the user's email program to do the
sending for you.

The problem is html is a markup language. It isn't really designed to
interact with the user. So trying to do something that mails a form back
to you just using .html is a risky proposition.

This question gets asked about once a day round here. Here's the
Macromedia answer:

If you don't like Matt's script, a simple search for Form to Email on
Google will net you more results than you'll know what to do with.

First place to check is with your host. You may be able to use their
supplied generic MailForm script - often this information is found in the
hosts' faq pages or send them an email asking what is available for you.
