I've just discovered another problem with the layers. If I use the open browser
behaviour to set the window size then the layers are not lined up in Safari
either and are even further away from where they need to be in Explorer. I
think that I need to link the layers to the main table so that when I resize
the window they move to. I have set the open window behaviour to not resize the
window, but this is still possible in Safari.
