First thing I see is the bricks are all the same size. Second it is
all to " crisp " .

Take a look inthe CorelDRAW12 clipart that came with the program for
Ideas.

Actually, it will be made into a custom screen printed wooden piece (100 of
them) for this church in Spartenburg. The 2 layers visible in the screenshot
are the white around the windows and the bricks. There will be a solid brick
color printed first and then the light colored brick lines that you see.
Crisp is what I need for printing. Other layers are trees, etc. My problem
is drawing the windows, doors and bricks to scale with the right
perspective. I don't know which tools in Coreldraw to use. Take a look at
