When using the polyline tool the Freehand Smoothing control isn't available.
It's there but can't be used. In order to change the Freehand smoothing,
I have to
activate the Freehand Tool first and then I can change the Freehand
Smoothing.
When I go back to the Polyline tool, the Freehand Smoothing setting is set.
Is this normal program behavior or do I have a problem in my software?

Thanking you in advance.

Can't say for sure if it's normal behavior, but it is the same here.
I don't use the Polyline Tool much and don't know if this setting
affect the Polyline Tool. If it does, it's strange you cannot change
it without switching to the Freehand Tool.
