distributing options settings, scale factor oddity & print styles

were setting up franchises that will use corel 12 to do their layouts.
there are a lot of tweaks to the options and pallets that will need to be
set on each machine.
is there a way to copy a file that when replacing the original will retain
all the settings
as we will need them.
also would this file be dependant as to the computer that it was on or would
i be able to
replace it with any system.
thanks for the help.
also has anyone had an issue when in the print dialog and setting the layout
to (reposition image to:)
it changing the scale factor occasionally. happens sparat but not often.
just set up a print style so this may resolve it. for some reason when id
click the reposition option it would immediately change the scale factor
occasionally.
and one more. anyone know of a way to set a print style so that i could have
variations to that style
with different page settings from the driver.
examples
sp-300 6"x28"
sp-300 7"x28"
sp-300 18"x28"
having it change the page length in the driver dependant on the print style.
its set up to choose the right driver right now just cant seem to find a way
to automate the page size
again thanks

Regarding print styles: to my knowledge you have to select paper size from
the printer driver each time. Paper size is not saved in print styles.
