Impatiens glandulifera (touch-me-not) (jewelweed). Of the Balsam family.

The Impatiens glandulifera derives the touch me not name from the seed
cases, which explode when ripe and fling their seeds all over the place. Too
much so. They're now regarded as a problem in some places.
They're also easy to pull out.
Colours are pinks and whites and shades thereof.
I pull most of ours out, but not all, they are pretty....

Bugspray recpi
Take some tobacco (2 sigarettes), crumble and soak in water (2 liters, ± 24
h).
Then pour some spiritus or alcohol (6 table spoons) in the water, and stir,
sift out
tobacco, and spray on the little creatures every time you see them.
(Don't use brand sigarettes or fine old wisky, the bugs may ask for more,
and never will leave!)

That might kill me too!
I don't smoke, prefer to drink the drink myself than give it to bugs..

If a bit of squeezing with the fingers doesn't remove them, I squirt a bit
of washing up liquid into a bottle of water and spray that onto the bugs -
job done. No killer sprays involved.:-)))

Nicotine solutions were used in the Victorian era, it killed a lot of bugs
and the gardeners who applied them!

In the Victorian era they used pure nicotine, hazardous!
or nicotine sulfate, still hazardous ! Nicotine sulfate,
which can be diluted in water and applied as a spray,
(Commonly used nowadays, on food plants and fruit crops), non hazardous!
