Adobe Illustrator for Windows - problem in saving..

hi all...
am using adobe illustator cs2...
when am opening some illustator files which is being saved already and entering some text in it and saving it .. the file is not getting saved and showing some error and the application is closing..
let me know whats the prblem is and how to rectify this errorr...
