OMG I'm actually going to ask a question...

I have a mac user here who is trying to access the printer settings on an Epson 1280, and he's having a tough time. There are no options to set the paper type, print quality, any of those things. When I install the printer on my PC, there are myriad optio
ns available. This seems bass-ackwards, you'd expect the mac to have more wherewithall (well, I wouldn't, cuz i'm a PC guy, but mac users would). Does anyone have a clue how to get to the options on the mac?

We've downloaded the most up-to-date drivers and utility software from Epson, didn't help.
