Can someone plz help me recreate a simple logo?

| All,
I'm really new to Illustrator and want to create a simple business card
in a vertical format to print with avery business card sheets that I
bought at Office Depot. I have a copy the logo that I want to recreate
, but I don't know how to post it here (I know, I'm a mess- I'm really
frustrated), so I'll email or please instruct me how to post it here to
discuss.
Can someone help me recreate the logo and teach me how to put into a
business card?

| The font can be anything, I guess. I'm not too particular, as I'm sure
I can change it later...correct?
