Author Illustrated books library online

Hi everybody.

This is to let you know that I have created a new online library of
illuminated and illustrated books.

It is a non-profit website and contains a selection of books valuable for
their design; mainly from the 1800 to the '1920.

I started it just at the end of February and I am adding, time permitting,
few new books per week.

There is already a decent selection of books from: Owen Jones (including the
Grammar of Ornament), Walter Crane, Kate Greenaway, Evelyn Paul, Alberto
Sangorski, etc.

In no long we should have more than 200 books online.

Basically, it's a nicely designed site with reasonably high-resolution scans
of lovely old books for people to view online or download and enjoy. The
books are presented in their integrity from the first to the last page.
There is also a section of children books.

The books are from our personal collection, but we gladly accept the
contribution of other books collectors.

The URL is www.illuminated-books.com

Text and images from all books presented in this library are safe for all
ages.
