Adobe Illustrator for Windows - AI CS loads then quits

Hello everyone,

I have this wierd problem. I was running XP home and loaded AI CS and
it would always boot up and then quit. I decided it was time to
reformat and I put XP pro on my Dell laptop. AI CS has worked for the
last week. Now when I open the program it works fine until I try to
open a document then it closes. Does anyone know any fixies to this
problem.

I donno whether this'll help u 'o not.

But may the case is a RAM or Cache problem or...

An installation problem of AI cd u have. Try to Install AI with a
diferent CD.

This may work for u, but noe sure... :)
