Hello all,

Can I ask for a solution to rotating individual pen points in an object
I've created in illustrator.
I have made a sihoulette of a head and torso ( side profile ) and would
like to rotate/tilt the head so it is looking up.

Is there any quick solution to pick individual points ( say surrounding
the head ) and rotate them on an axis to move the head only?

Thank you for your help
Mike

As far as I know you can't rotate individual anchor points in a path. So
I guess you'd have to cut the head lose and rotate it. And then re-join
it, if necessary.

thanks Trace
I think after many attempt, I have realised I've had to cut the head as
you say and rotate, and then merge it.

Thank you
Mike

If I understood correctly you sould just select the points with the
white arrow (direct selection tool) and rotate them with the "rotate"
tool (right under the paintbrush tool).

hope it helps,
M
