When I try to use illustrator cs2 it works fine(I'm the Administrator) however when another user uses the program it starts loading up and gets almost finished then dissapears immediately returning the user back to the desktop. There is only one person us
ing this program, however, I can't get it to work for her. The program is running under a remote desktop session. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Erich,

I think you will need to 'phone customer support on this one.

AFAIK, running Illustrator from a server is NOT supported.
