could you please tell me if I can download only the help menu for Illustrator caz in the version I m using is not working,when I press HELP

its open window of Adobe Help Center ,but there I can see only Photoshop help

Substitute Illustrator_12.0_en-us.zip for Photoshop_9.0_en-us.zip for
Illustrator
