| Hi Guys,
I am looking for a script for Illustrator CS2 which places single
graphics to layers automatically.
detailed description:
I have several *.wmf files which I can place by hand with menu->
File/Place to an open *.ai file to the appropriate layers.
Is it possible to do this automatically with a script?
Example:
The example.ai file is opened in Illustrator CS2.
I start the script and it loads the file_1.wmf to the 1. layer of the
example.ai file automatically.
After that...
The script loads the file_2.wmf to the 2. layer of the example.ai file.
....
After that...
The script loads the file_n.wmf to the n. layer of the example.ai file.
and so one...
Is it possible to do this with a script?
Or is there any other solution via batch processing (stack) directly in
Illustrator without using a script?
