Working with group of colored objects with thin border(wich represent city blocks, blank spaces between them are showing city streets)
The problem is how can I expand the width of "streets" (blank spaces between colored objects) or other words how to constrict all selected objects without changing their position. If I do it manually, this operation will take plenty of time (thousends obj
ects need to be constricted) Also we need colored stroke around each object to be constricted too.
IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP i WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL

Select the blocks of houses, apply the Offset Path effect and take a negative offset distance in its Options dialog.

Also we need colored stroke around each object to be constricted too.

Select the objects and apply a stroke? Not sure what you mean here exactly... Please specify.
