When printing text, only the first letters of each word keep the color attributes I've assigned.

I'm using Illustrator CS 11.0.0, my OS is Windows 2000, and my printer is PPD.

PPD isn't a printer, it's a printer definition file. You need to match the PPD file for the proper Postscript printer. Which postscript printer are you using?

It's a Canon Color ImageRunner C3200.
