Where do I go to get help Extracting and dragging a object?

| I go to My Documents and bring over a photo and then trace the dog only using the highlighter. Then I click on paint can to fill what object(Dog)
I want to keep. It fills the dog with blue,then when I click The dog appears with a bunch of grey and white checks? I try to bring a background to place the dog in and I can not get anything to move or happen?? I getting stressed.

| Kevin, you are in the Album forum. What product do you have? If Elements or PS CS you should ask in those forums as you will get more help there. Album does not have extract.
Anyway, you should have both files open. After extract just (move tool) drag and drop the extracted dog into the open target picture. You can move it around for placement.
They do not have to be the same size but it helps if they are. Otherwise you can adjust by Transform tool. HTH
