| Can you see the image files on the camera using Windows Explorer?

| I apologize for not knowing how to do what you asked. However, I do get the photos from the camera into Album, but not directly as I was able to with the Kodak DC4800 camera. I now have to download the photos from the camera into Kodak Easyshare Software
and then "transfer" (Kodak's terminology) them to PS Album. My concern is that the pictures remain in Kodak as albums by date of download as well as in PS Album---I guess, which would use up valuable disk space (and RAM?). I would like to delete everythin
g in the Kodak ES program but am uncertain if that would mean Adobe would no longer have the pictures. I have had too many experiences where Adobe looses the original picture file resulting in the inability to "Reconnect" even though I have not done anyth
ing that I know of to cause the original photo file to disappear.

Since PSA does not keep a copy of the image files - it only catalogs what you've got - I would not delete anything.
I strongly suspect that th eKodak software is actually getting in the way of you accessing the camera with PSA. You might want to try uninstalling it to find out.

| Thank you, Colin, uninstalling corrected the problem.
