I do not believe there is a way to convert to GIF in PSA.

What do you mean by "so they rotate"?

Colin is correct. PSA is an image manager. You will need a graphics editor (Photoshop Elements, Photoshop, PhotoDeluxe) that supports layering. You simply stack your images...however you need to perform the rotation yourself. Sounds like you mean 'spinnin
g'. Is so, you simply offset one of the images. You will eventually set the timing (between image displays) and duration (do you want it to stop or continue infinatum?) Within PS or PSE, one would select File | Save for Web, and then select appropriate me
nu items (GIF, color depth, animation, etc). Keep in mind GIF supports transparency (see-through) but you can only have 256 color...nothing photographic in nature). By controlling color depth, one can create GIF files of extremely small file size.

Keep us posted, but you'll do better on either of the PS or PSE forums if you need specifics.

Best regards,
Walt
