| I am using Photoshop Elements 3.0 on an IBM Thinkpad with Microsoft Windows XP; I do not have Outlook or Outlook Express, so I have been using Adobe Email Service. Recently, I changed my email address, and after I changed my address (Preferences>email>new
name)and tried to send a photo, I was first asked for my "sender verification". I have no idea what this is or where I might find such verification. Customer support will charge me $39 for the answer, but I thought it must simply be a matter of my inexpe
rience using computers, and there must be a ready answer. The kind person on "Entitlements" steered me to this user forum.
Please, is there any help out there for me?
